Three commitments
Focused on what matters most.
Practical priorities for House District 45, built around responsibility, transparency, and results.
01
Strong
Public Schools
Keep Wyoming’s constitutional promise to every student through stable funding, competitive educators, safe classrooms, parental transparency, and local accountability.
02
Accountable Growth,
Water & Infrastructure
Welcome responsible investment under clear rules: disclose major demands, protect water, fund required infrastructure, and keep private project costs off families and local ratepayers.
03
Affordability, Housing & Property Taxes
Protect homeowners from unpredictable increases and establish fair, enforceable rules for responsible owners and tenants — without statewide rent control.
45
House District
Laramie, Wyoming
Practical experience.
Local accountability.
Ross Davenport brings a private-sector engineer’s discipline and a University of Wyoming educator’s perspective to the problems facing House District 45. He asks who pays, what could fail, and how a policy will work in practice. He is running to protect what works, fix what does not, and make growth accountable to the people who live here.
The Broader Platform
Built for Wyoming's future.
04
Wyoming Jobs & Brain Drain
Connect education, trades, apprenticeships, the University of Wyoming, and employers so more people can build careers and families here.
05
Reliable Wyoming Energy
Judge every source by reliability, affordability, jobs, land use, reclamation, and taxpayer neutrality.
06
Public Lands & Access
Protect practical access for people who hunt, fish, work, recreate, and raise families in Wyoming.
07
Constitutional Rights & Local Control
Defend constitutional rights and keep lawful decisions close to Wyoming communities.
08
Healthy, Safe & Resilient Communities
Address rural care, mental health, school safety, and infrastructure resilience.
